On 4 July, 2012 a Mini-Expo took place at Conference Care for Independent Venues as part of an ongoing strategy providing added value to the client’s service experience. Having engaged with clients and indentified their requirements, research was undertaken prior to the event to ensure key venues attended. Venues detailed their top three unique selling points and the message they wished to deliver to the team.
The day began with a presentation on the business by Director Andrew Deakin, followed by an openforum, where venues had the opportunity to engage in a question and answer session, in order to gain a greater depth of understanding and awareness atoperational level. Members of the Conference Care Team then met with the venues individually to share news, information and network.
The Independent Venue Mini-Expo was attended by a number of venues including: Ardencote Manor, Tilllington Hall, The Mere Golf Resort and Spa, Senate House, ACC Liverpool, Business Design Centre, The Point at Lancashire County Cricket Club, Aston Villa Football Club, Shine, Legoland Windsor and the Science Museum.
