Midlands-based booking agency Conference Care is to centrally manage all venue finding services for AoC Create, the commercial subsidiary of the Association of Colleges (AoC).

The contract encompasses all departments of the organisation and has been awarded for a period of three years.

AoC Create represents and promotes the interests of colleges and provides members with professional support services. The organisation delivers over 40 events each year including forums and conferences.

AoC Create’s winning bid announcement sees Conference Care appointed as sole supplier, following a previous informal commercial relationship.

Conference Care Director, Chris Peacock (pictured), said: “We were delighted to be finally selected, particularly as AoC Create have been clients of Conference Care for over 10 years. It’s a great endorsement, demonstrating that in a highly competitive market, we continue to deliver at the highest level to our customers and develop services which are really of value.”

Janet McCready, Head of Events at AoC Create, added: “We instigated a competitive tender process to identify a supplier who would understand the nature of our organisation and source appropriate venues which reflect the needs of the sector. Conference Care won the tender on the basis of their commitment to high service levels and achieving added value for each of our venue selections.”
