Conference Aston is offering a special snow patrol rate to reassure organisers worried about the affect of extreme climate conditions on their events.

With even moderate snow falls perennially having the power to cause chaos at UK towns, transport hubs and venues alike like, Conference Aston has moved to try to insure its winter bookings.

The Snow Patrol offers are aimed at anybody booking conferencing facilities with Conference Aston or visitors who may be stranded in the second city due to travel complications.

Those needing a place to stay, should the weather take hold unexpectedly, can take advantage of a £25 bed and breakfast rate in one of its 162 en suite bedrooms for a maximum of three nights.

For companies forced to cancel due to the snow, Conference Aston will issue a 50 per cent non-refundable ‘snow invoice’ which allows you to reschedule at no extra charge before March 2012.

Head of Sales and Marketing, Christine Page, said: “This year has seen some unusual weather in the UK so we wanted to be as prepared as possible here at Conference Aston. We’re determined to see business as usual this year”.
