Northants-based Communique agency has been appointed by pharmaceutical brand Allergan to deliver event logistics for a three-year international programme of conferences and masterclasses for the Allergan Medical Institute.
The agency’s appointment followed a competitive pitch in which Communique joint ventured with Soho-based Crown Brand Communications.
CEO Ewan Hurford Jones (pictured) said: “I am extremely pleased to announce this latest win for Communique. Our sector focus continues to broaden from a new FMCG brand win earlier this year to this current success in the pharmaceutical sector. We are truly proud to be working for Allergan and looking forward to continuing our proven JV relationship with Crown.”
Clare Emson, senior international events manager at Allergan, said on appointing the new agency: “Communique presented a compelling proposition combining creativity, pragmatism and scalability. We look forward to working together on what is looking to be another busy year of events.”
To manage continuing growth, Communique recently welcomed Kelli Houghton to its team in the role of project manager. Monica Deane is re-joining the agency as an event manager and Crown has recruited Endellion King as senior event manager from Adding Value.
