Dublin-based experiential agency Cogs & Marvel has appointed Sean Hogan (pictured) as group chief financial officer.
Hogan will help develop growth strategy over the next five years, the agency says, as it expands its international presence, following the opening of its first office outside of Ireland just over a year ago.
Having spent 10 years working with multinational professional services firm PwC in its European and US offices and five years with the National Treasury Management Agency (NAMA) in Dublin, Hogan has most recently worked as a strategic business advisor in the Dublin startup community.
“Cogs & Marvel has grown substantially over the past two years and we have ambitious plans for the next five,” said group CEO, Dave Smyth. “Sean’s strategic experience will help us identify and evaluate new business opportunities as we continue to grow our international operations.”
Cogs & Marvel has evolved from the launch of Green Lights Events in 2006. Last year the agency opened an office in San Francisco and services clients in 22 countries.
