Charli Briggs, founder and director of staffing agency, Eventure, has launched a coaching business.
As part of the new business, Briggs will offer 1:1 coaching and mentorship to help individuals reframe stress, gain clarity and unlock their potential.
Commenting on the launch, Briggs said: “As a stress management and mindset coach, my business is dedicated to supporting mid-level and junior management, teams, and freelancers on their journey towards a balanced and fulfilling life.
“Having embarked on my own coaching and mentoring journey as well as qualifying as a coach, I understand the transformative power of coaching and continue to benefit from this.”
Briggs said the coaching conversations will explore topics such as managing overwhelm, setting boundaries, career development, overcoming limiting beliefs, and effective time management.
She added: “We will work together to reframe or release stressors that will lead individuals to personal and professional growth.”
