Calling all speakers
So, what should you expect from this year’s event? Topics include:
1) Event automation in 2023
This session will detail how event organisers can leverage AI and automation tools today. It will focus on practical uses that can be implemented across a variety of scales and event types.
2) Leveraging event technology to create inclusive events for all
This session will explore tech’s role in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). It will reveal how utilising the right tools can make events more accessible and accommodate a diverse range of delegate needs and preferences. Panellists will also share how this can positively impact the event experience.
3) Data analysis for event success
It’s one thing to collect data on-site at an event, it’s another to use it to continuously improve. This session will highlight ways in which organisers can utilise data, implement new strategies and see year-on-year improvements.
4) Bespoke platforms vs one size fits all
In the landscape of event platforms, investing in a bespoke piece of technology is an outlay that many organisations simply cannot risk upon. So what are the advantages and pitfalls to utilising a more mainstream system?
5) How to keep your audience switched on
Keeping your audience, be in online or in person, is a challenge. Utilising technology to ensure audiences play an active role in your event programme could be the key to increasing retention and providing actionable outcomes.
6) Keeping your community connected
In this digital age, fostering meaningful connections and a sense of belonging is crucial. Learn how technology can keep communities connected and informed 365 days a year, no matter where they are. We’ll also touch on the importance of personalisation.
