Clearwater Events has launched a new ‘Safe & Secure’ event initiative, which aims to create a robust set of measures outlining how live and hybrid events can be operated safely and securely.

Clearwater Events have also produced an inhouse video to showcase how events can operate in conjunction with the Edgbaston Park Hotel, Neutrino Audio Visual and Table Art.

The video was created inhouse by Clearwater Digital, a new division of the company created during lockdown.

Ben Wicks, who heads up Clearwater Digital, said: “Clearwater Digital is a natural development for Clearwater Events. Events are live marketing campaigns and our marketing team have been creating full digital campaigns for quite some time. We have now built a virtual team that can support our events and clients greater marketing needs.”

Stephen Morton Prior, CEO of Clearwater Events, said: “Being a smaller agency, we have the ability to adjust quickly to market conditions and change direction so we can provide new services that bring our clients and their people together. Whilst many agencies are still looking at ways to cut costs, we have developed a new portfolio of services to support clients in the new normal.

“There is little guidance on how live events can be delivered. So we have created our own policy which will provide a clear journey to clients, delegates and suppliers.

“Clearwater Events has always operated virtually, embracing technology to work as a remote team. For us, virtual working has always been normal, so we have been ahead of the curve. The events and digital team are now creating amplified experiences that have all the right touch points.

“Our virtual solutions drive engagement, spark conversation and create rich audience experiences. When the time is right, our hybrid events combine live and virtual experiences – one event with two audiences. As a virtual company, we have been quick to learn how virtual & hybrid events can work.”
