Corporate hospitality and event space, Chelsea Football Club, was recently transformed into a ‘Delta wonderland’ as Delta Airlines hosted its first ever, large-scale London party at Chelsea’s music venue, Under the Bridge.
Delta used the event to promote its partnership with Chelsea Football Club, which started this summer, and to showcase its newly-opened Delta 360˚ Lounge.
More than 500 guests attended including VIP frequent flyer customers and travel bookers who promote Delta through their agencies.
Delta branding dominated the Chelsea skyline as images were projected onto the buildings at Stamford Bridge. Guests were greeted on arrival at the Delta 360˚ Lounge with Delta cocktails before walking the red carpet to Under the Bridge. A paparazzi board was set up by the entrance giving all VIP guests the chance to experience the flashing lights of a red carpet entrance.
During the evening Under the Bridge showcased a lineup of acts, bands, stand-up comedians, illusionists and DJs.
At the end of the night a fleet of London Black Cabs, complete with Delta branding, arrived to take guests home. Anybody taking a Delta cab found at the end of their journey that Delta was footing the bill.
