Food experience company, ‘rhubarb’ will launch the ‘Sky Garden’, a new dining and events venue in London, in 2014.
The Sky Garden will be located on the top three floors of 20 Fenchurch Street, currently being developed by joint venture partners Canary Wharf Group and Land Securities, and will be operated by rhubarb.
The venue plans to offer tenants of the city skyscraper building, Londoners and the business community alike, a variety of dining experiences.
Level 35 of the Sky Garden will comprise a champagne and food bar, offering an all day food service, meanwhile level 36 will be home to the Darwin Brasserie and its international culinary offering. In addition, The Fenchurch Seod Bar & Grill will be located on the top floor of the venue.
The Sky Garden will have four designated events spaces allowing organisers to hire the entire Sky Garden for private functions. Total capacity is 540 and room sizes will vary between 20 in the boardroom and approximately 250 guests on level 35.
“We are delighted to be developing three distinctive new food and drink concepts in the heart of the city. There will be a diverse range of menus from classic to innovative dishes and a variety of dining styles,” said Helen Bowey, Retail Director at rhubarb.
“The venue also offers unparalleled views of the capital and is set to be a sought after events space,” Bowey added.
