Brunel invests in onsite hotel as it targets more corporate events

The meetings offering at Brunel University, Brunel Commercial Conferences and Events, is investing in the redevelopment of its onsite hotel, the Lancaster Suite.
 
As part of the redevelopment, 30 of the hotel’s 70 bedrooms will be modernised, with the redevelopments set for completion in July.
 
“Redeveloping our onsite hotel will give us even more gravitas when it comes to competing for association and corporate events which we are focusing on this year,” says Rekha Haughton, Brunel Commercial Conferences and Events’ Deputy Commercial Director.
 
“We have ambitious targets to build and grow this business, particularly in the areas of engineering, social sciences, law and mathematics, which Brunel is known for,” she adds.
