Britain for Events campaign 2012-13 to launch at Savoy Place

Central London venue Savoy Place is to host the 2012-13 Britain for Events campaign launch, taking place on 4 July.
 
The event will be attended by Members of Parliament, government officials and key industry professionals.
 
“The launch will see the unveiling of this year’s campaign, with a clear message from the UK events industry to business and government,” commented Michael Hirst, spokesperson for the campaign.
 
“This is a massive year for UK events and we are already showing ourselves to be global masters in business, cultural, sporting and entertainment spectacles, and with the right support we can be even better,” he added.
