Experiential communications agency, Brands At Work, has appointed Erica Pew as its client services director.
Pew will be responsible for creating new client relationships and growth opportunities for the agency. She will also oversee the client services function at Brands at Work, supporting the marketing, new business and account management teams.
With over 20 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry, Pew has worked across multiple disciplines including forums, large-scale conferences, exhibitions, concerts, celebration events, and product launches.
Prior to joining Brands at Work, Pew operated her own consultancy which saw her work across sports technology, shift the focus from private to corporate clients for an event agency, help a health and safety agency attain work in Dubai and transition an AV company into a full-service agency. Pew also currently acts as the VP of Membership for the International Live Events Association.
