Event ticketing system, Bookitbee, is to officially launch to the event market next month. The company has already used its system at a series of events this summer, including the Wychwood Festival, Storyfest 2013 and the Markel Castle Triathlon Series.
Bookitbee goes on general sale in August, and is suited for events up to 50,000 people.
The system claims to charge 25 per cent less in fees than the nearest competition and has full box office system for checking in guests with computers or via a mobile intece.
“Our customers are primarily interested in two things; selling tickets, and an easy to use a back of house system that requires little effort from the organiser,” says Kenton Ward, Creator of Bookitbee. “This is what the system does; no more, no bells and whistles.
“We believe totally in the power of events to get people together interacting in the real is a powerful force, Bookitbee allows people to do this, we are free for free events, free for charities and charge a small fee per ticket for everyone else.”
“We’re already doing events in the US and mainland Europe but we’re focusing our efforts in the UK now,” adds Kenton.
