Central Hall Westminster has announced that it has been chosen to host the 13th summer BNC Event Show for the second time.

The event, which takes place on 11 July, will be held in the central London venue’s Lecture Hall and Library with seminars in the Robert Perks Room.

More than 100 exhibitors will be attending the show including hotels, venues, catering companies, production companies, entertainment specialists, technology experts, furniture suppliers and airlines. More than 800 senior-level corporate and agency event managers are expected to attend the bi-annual events networking exhibition.

The show’s schedule includes networking; a full educational seminar programme involving keynote speakers and experts from the meetings and events industry; complimentary food and drink throughout the day including breakfast, elevenses, lunch and afternoon tea; and a Grand Prize Draw offering 37 prizes.

Attendees taking a tour of Central Hall will be treated to an AV demonstration in the Great Hall by the venue’s production partner, White Light. Visitors to the production in the Great Hall will be entered into a prize draw to win tickets to Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, courtesy of White Light.

Alec Mumford, director of BNC Event Shows, said: “Last year’s event at Central Hall was hugely successful and we had great feedback, so we are looking forward to a repeat performance again for 2018.”

Central Hall managing director, Paul Southern, adds: “We are very proud of our facilities here at Central Hall which lend themselves to fantastic events like these. Kim and Alec, BNC Event Show founders, know how to attract the right audience and make the best use of our events spaces. We are really looking forward to showcasing the capabilities and constant innovation of our venue – this iconic Grade II* listed building in the heart of Westminster is combined with technical and AV facilities that are way ahead of the curve.”
