The Event Experience Operating System (OS), Bizzabo has launched its Global Event Centre of Excellence, a division to provide, it says, event expertise, education and resources to event experience leaders.
Bizzabo’s Global Event Centre of Excellence aims to curate and share best industry practices via events, webinars, workshops, templates, toolkits, and other content. The centre is to be a resource for leaders seeking guidance to improve Return on Event (RoE) for in-person, hybrid and virtual events, the company adds.
Devin Cleary, vice-president of global events at Bizzabo, says: “Regardless of your experience level or how long you’ve been in the industry, we want to help you excel by providing the training and knowledge you need for success.”
Lauren Grady, an event industry veteran who joined Bizzabo in November 2021, will lead the new centre.
“Bizzabo isn’t interested in maintaining the status quo. We’re redefining playbooks and shaping the future with a blueprint to design more human events,” adds Grady.
