Best Companies, the workplace engagement specialists that compile The Sunday Times’ ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists, has signed up for a further three years leasing of the semi-permanent training venue, provided by Neptunus, near Milton Keynes.
The company originally moved in at the 3,600sqm interactive Art of Engagement facility in 2010, which was designed to help leaders and managers to experience and understand what it takes to have a truly engaged workplace.
Neptunus technicians had constructed a semi-permanent Evolution structure complete with glazed front and internal partitioning.
Founder and CEO of Best Companies, Jonathan Austin, said: “Our initial intention was to lease the structure from Neptunus for a couple of years. However the building continues to impress our visitors and while it has the flexibility to evolve with our changing needs, it was logical to prolong its use.”
Neptunus UK MD April Trasler said: “I’m delighted that Best Companies have realised the benefits of a semi-permanent solution and I’m confident they will continue to do so over in the long-term.”
Established 75 years ago in The Netherlands, Neptunus bespoke structures can be found at events such as the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, Goodwood Festival of Speed, The Open Golf Championship, Hampton Court Flower Show and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012. The company was also an official supplier of temporary buildings to the London 2012 Games.
