Belfast Wateont Conference and Exhibition Centre was tickled pink to act as the headquarters for the Giro d’Italia Big Start 2014 last week.
The centre welcomed more than 200 elite cyclists and their entourage consisting of 1,000 support crew and other technical support staff.
On Friday 9 May, the venue hosted the Giro d`Italia Top Riders press conference which featured top riders Nicolas Roche, Nairo Quintana, Joaquim Rodriguez, Rigoberto Uran, Cadel Evans and Michele Scarponi ahead of the team time trial.
