The IM Group, distributor of Subaru and Isuzu motor vehicles, says it will be working with permance improvement agency AYMTM on various incentive, motivation and communication events following recognition at the annual Eventia Awards recently.

AYMTM picked up an award on behalf of the IM Group, based on having devised and executed a dealer forum with outstanding return-on-investment.

With a limited project budget for a target audience of 200 dealers, AYMTM attracted an attendance rate of 88 per cent. More than £250,000 worth of orders were placed in the following days for the new products launched at the forum.

AYMTM Director Graham James said: “Having created a unique forum, which moved away from the traditional conference approach, this event included product reveals, product demonstrations and a dealer trade fair to ensure new products and services were fully appreciated. This approach ensured a high level of brand engagement and improved bottom line results for the dealer network and IM Group.

An IM Group spokesperson said: “I can only say that if any future events are managed half as well as this one I will be pleased to attend, I have attended many forums and events over the years and without doubt this was the best executed ever.”
