Conference Centres of Excellence (CCE) celebrated their members achievements and the organisation’s 21st birthday, at an awards dinner for 60 members and invited guests at imago’s Burleigh Court site in Loughborough, 18 July.
There were seven awards, with venues Ashorne Hill, Engineers House, Highgate House, Maple House and the Wellcome trust picking up awards in the various categories and hosts imago Burleigh Court winning Best Residential Venue.
Calder Conferences was recognised by the venue consortium as winner of the Conference News-sponsored Best Agency award presented by Managing Editor Paul Colston.
The CCE Conference proper was opened by CCE Chairman John Carson, 19 July, with the Keynote delivered by Adrian Furnham and workshop sessions on Compliant Venues and Training and Development.
