ILEC Conference Centre in London has partnered with AVC Productions to provide in-house audiovisual production services for its event and exhibition clients.
ILEC recently completed a £5m, four-month renovation to its events space and is working on attracting business-to-business exhibitions and conferences.
The joint-partnership with AVC Productions was a direct response from clients wanting to deal directly with conference venues on all aspects of their event, from hospitality and catering right through to AV hire and event production services, the venue said. AVC participated in ILEC’s refurbishment by assisting with internal construction and specifications for audio and lighting equipment.
AVC will provide a wide range of services including event production, equipment hire, scenery building, video production, presentation design and digital animation and print. The supplier will also retain a technical manager onsite to liaise directly with ILEC Conference Centre’s clients.
