Newcastle-Upon-Tyne-based event, production and communication company, R&B Group, has been named a finalist in the Live Event of the Year category at the AV Awards. The company is up against four others for the trophy.
It is the first time the production company has submitted an award entry in its 21 years of business.
The entry detailed the company’s work for its client NCJ Media, where projection mapping technology was introduced to provide a new look.
“Our team were thrilled to discover that we were selected as finalists and can’t wait to attend the awards ceremony at Hilton Park Lane next month as members of the audience rather than those working hard behind the scenes,” says R&B Groups Customer Service Manager, Kate Lambert. “It’s great for a smaller firm like ours to be recognised and we are all proud.”
