ASP announces record +61.2 NPS Score

UK-based event website creators ASP have shown that hard work pays off by announcing a record Net Promoter Score of +61.2.

The company notes that the event Industry average for NPS is four, with scores between 0-30 being classified as ‘Good’. Scores between 30-70 are deemed ‘Great’.

As recording their best ever retention rate (92.5%), ASP recently won a global tender process to provide conference specialists Delinian (formerly EuroMoney) with 30 event websites, while also securing a multishow partnership with Mark Allen.

ASP’s CEO Jon Benjamin believes the company’s launch of their attendee growth services and feedback portal have been behind ASP’s continued positive backing from their customers.

“Through our 27 years of event industry experience and feedback we have attained the knowhow of how to create websites that help grow shows throughout the year,” said Benjamin.

“The launch of our feedback portal and attendee growth services that cover SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Data Analysis and UX has taken our service offering to the next level,” he added.
