Marble Arch’s Arch London hotel has appointed Michael Voigt as its new GM. The hotel is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
German born Voigt boasts experience in the five-star hotel market at such hotels as The Four Seasons Hampshire, The Connaught Hotel, One Aldwych, The Savoy, The Berkeley Hotel and Hotel Le Bristol in Paris.
Most recently he worked on the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG), coordinating accommodation and hospitality within the Olympic village for the 17,000 athletes, officials, national and international Olympic committees, coaches and dignitaries from across the world.
Prior to this appointment, Voigt spent two years working as Hotel Manager for Pennyhill Park and before this he was Hotel Manager for the Four Seasons Hampshire.
