Now in its sixth year, the CN 30underThirty initiative recognises and rewards young, upcoming talent within the conference and meetings industry.

For the first time, the next CN 30underThirty will run in conjunction with International Confex. The awards will take place during day two (2 March 2023) as a lunchtime celebration in the Keynote Theatre at ExCeL London.

Nominations are open from today, 7 December and will close on 26 January. You can either nominate yourself, or somebody else.

Nominees must work within the conference and meetings industry and be 29 years old or younger.

Meet the judges…

The judges include: Alexander Bright, managing director, Audience; Nadu Placca, global event and experience architect and consultant, The Zoo XYZ; Charli Briggs, founder, Eventure; David Preston, CEO, Realise; Gabrielle Austen-Browne, founder, Diversity Alliance; Georgia Cross, senior marketing manager, Cheerful Twentyfirst; Fay Sharpe, founder, Fast Forward 15; Robert Kenward, CTO and co-founder, YOU Search and Select; Shonali Devereaux, co-founder, Profeshonali; Tim Collett, managing director, WRG, Caroline Medcalf, director of venue find and events, Agiito and Michael Adeniya, COO, UK Black Business Show.

Commenting on the awards, Cameron Roberts, editor, Conference News, said: “The CN 30underThirty highlights who is going to change the face of events, cohorts of years past have gone on to achieve great things in the industry.
