Air Charter Service (ACS), a provider of aircraft charters, has reported a 15 per cent rise in the number of charters it has arranged this year compared to 2011.
“It is clear the charter market as a whole has not increased by this amount,” says ACS’s Chairman and Founder, Chris Leach. “Various sources indicate that the US and European business aviation markets both shrank in June and July this year, so we can conclude that our market share has increased substantially. This is something we are very pleased with, especially considering the economic climate and the competitive nature of chartered aviation.”
In addition to an increase in its market share, ACS has opened two new offices this year, with plans for a third in the coming months. The company has also welcomed Erik Lindbergh on board as a brand ambassador.
