Travel, meeting and event agency Agiito has created a live availability solution for its customers.
The live availability function will enable bookers to log on to the agency’s technology platform, Meetingspro, to view rates and venue availability in real-time and submit their enquiry.
Meetingspro, initially built in 2017 as a platform that enabled organisations to book and organise meetings and events, is being developed in line with its customer feedback.
Agiito have recently migrated its customers onto the technology platform, and has seen a 22% increase in online bookings.

Next steps
“The solution also allow us to optimise our resources within Agiito, which will only improve as the technology continues to develop,” added Medcalf.
For example, the agency’s venue finding team can now focus on completing more offline and complex bookings, which has seen customer service ratings improve by 30%, and overall productivity improve by 33%.
Working with Venue Directory on its content, Carl Law, chief technology officer, Agiito, is planning the next release of Meetingspro to include instant book functionality.
This feature aims to “revolutionise the meetings and events industry”, as users can view availability and then book meetings rooms end-to-end online.
Agiito is set to pilot this technology in the coming weeks.
