Experiential marketing and live events agency Identity has received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

Awarded by Her Majesty the Queen following the prime minister’s recommendation to businesses for outstanding achievement in international trade, Identity’s award is the result of delivering live and digital events and experiential campaigns globally for clients including Siemens, Harley-Davidson, EuroTunnel, New Balance, and Google.

The agency was also responsible for the Nato Leaders’ Meeting, the Global Conference for Media Freedom, and the Get Ready for Brexit campaign.

Identity is the only events business to receive the award in 2020.

Michael Gietzen, managing director, Identity paid tribute to his team. He said: “The Queen’s Award is among the most prestigious business awards that the UK offers.  I am delighted that Identity has been considered a worthy recipient and I want to acknowledge the tremendous efforts of the entire 100+ team at Identity who have made this possible.”

Identity is also ranked 90th on Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100, the league table that ranks the top 100 British companies with the fastest growing sales.
