Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) has been awarded the title of ’Best Conference Venue in Scotland’ in the annual MICE Report Awards 2013.
The annual MICE Report Awards recognise excellence and distinction in the meetings, incentive and business travel industry. Administered by The MICE Report, these awards acknowledge and showcase leading organisations whose products, facilities and services epitomise quality in the MICE industry.
Organisations are nominated by subscribers under specific award categories, which are then shortlisted and presented to a panel of judges to select winners based on feedback from visitors and carefully conducted research.
“AECC is proud to receive this award, which is nominated by industry visitors to the venue,” says MD at AECC, Brian Horsburgh. “It is great to be recognised for the service we provide by those we provide it to.”
This news follows last month’s announcement that AECC has been nominated in the ’Best Large Venue’ category at the Scottish Event Awards, taking place in September.
