The Association of Association Executives (AAE) has launched a permanent programme of monthly masterclasses and public policy meetings in Brussels.
The masterclasses will address: Innovation, Transformation, Engagement, and Enhancing Value for and have been created for senior association executives. They are designed to provide high-level education and information as well as a platform for exchange and analysis with peers to consider the best application methods and how to address challenges arising from boards, colleagues and members.
The public policy meetings over breakfast are expert-led discussions designed to support associations and advance their aims in creating a more effective voice on sector-agnostic lobbying issues and opportunities.
The AAE ran its Association World Congress in March in Antwerp in March, as well as connected forums and seminars. The new programme of events is designed to enhance the offering.
AAE executive director, Damian Hutt (pictured) , says: “This is a substantial investment in education and engagement for International and European associations in Brussels, which is in direct response to feedback from our members. The monthly programme focuses on topics that add value, help innovation and transformation, and raise engagement. The public policy breakfast meetings are sharing high-value experiences and advice especially needed as associations prepare for and deal with the new European parliament in 2019.”
