{10 – 11} Carlton House Terrace, home to The British Academy and its hospitality partner Searcys, have been named as the official hosts for The Business of Events (TBOE) Westminster Dinner.

This annual invitation-only private dinner, which takes place on 31 March – the night before TBOE’s signature 2025 Global Policy Forum – will be held in the Radhakrishnan Room and will celebrate the very best of seasonal British food.

The dinner will be attended by senior figures from across Whitehall, including seven members of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Events and its chair Shaun Davies MP as well as representatives from the Department of Culture, Media & Sport, VisitBritain, Meet England and VisitScotland.

They will be joined by other senior industry leaders and representatives from TBOE partners ICC Wales, RX Global, IBTM World, and BEAM.

Paul Jackson, managing director, Searcys said: “Business events are a significant part of the Searcys portfolio – the company started as an events caterer 178 years ago and it is crucial for us that we contribute to the conversation by supporting events such as The Business of Events, and build strong relationships with industry colleagues.”

Catherine Owen, head of venue sales at {10-11} Carlton House Terrace, said: “We are proud to collaborate with TBOE on this important event and look forward to contributing to the vital conversation about unlocking the potential of our industry.”

The Global Policy Forum, which takes place at IET London: Savoy Place on 1 April 2025, is an invitation-only event, but delegates can register their interest to attend here. The programme featuring the highly influential line up of speakers can be viewed here.
