A project to revitalise the Royal Pavilion Estate in Brighton has secured £3m in funding to enable it to go ahead with its first phase. The money has come from the Coast to Capital Local Growth fund, according to announcement from Brighton & Hove City Council and Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival.
