Twenty chefs from the International Association of Conference Centres (IACC) member properties across the UK gathered at etc.venues Marble Arch recently to compete for the association’s UK Copper Skillet title. The winners, Mateusz Wielek from etc.venues (senior champion) and Scott Cawse from Sundial Group’s Barnett Hill (junior champion) will now compete in the IACC-Europe final in Milan in October and also edged one step closer to the International Copper Skillet global final taking place in New York in April next year.
