Borough Market launched The Cookhouse, on 22 October, an interactive dining experience with a maximum capacity of 10. Chef, Hayden Groves, presented the five-course meal, featuring market sourced food and wine. Guests enjoyed learning how to prepare food, from oysters to pig heads, with demonstrations from the food suppliers themselves.
