Capita Travel and Events worked with Road Transport Media’s objectives, brand and budget to handle the location, delegate registration and management and onsite event management including the coordination of exhibitors, suppliers and speakers. Over 40 exhibitors showcased their latest products and services to delegates from across the road freight transport sector while seminars informed delegates about the transport industry’s most recent legislative and technological changes.
Following the success of Commercial Motor Live 2012, Capita Travel and Events was awarded a subsequent three-year contract for the event, with the intention of growing the number of exhibitors and delegates, year on year.
In a time when technology and social media play an increasing role in our working lives, a video case study with an opening time-lapse build, is an ideal way to illustrate an event. This case study format also allows a very personal demonstration of the effectiveness of the partnership between Capita Travel and Events and its customer, Road Transport Media.
