Launched earlier this month (7 April 2025), the CN Creative Leaders Summit is a new experience designed specifically for senior creatives working in full-service event agencies. Developed following the success of the CN Agency Leaders Summit in 2024, it responds directly to a clear need: a space for creative directors and heads of production to connect, share and grow.

While the CN Agency Leaders Summit focuses on business and leadership strategy, this event champions the people driving the imagination behind the work. It’s a forum for creative leaders to step away from day-to-day delivery and talk openly about challenges, opportunities and the future of experiential experiences.

Turning briefs into experiences

At the heart of every brand experience is a brief. But how do creative teams take that piece of paper and turn it into something people feel, remember and talk about?

The CN Creative Leaders Summit will explore the journey from RFP to real-world experience. From an initial idea to a fully immersive event, this is a space to unpick the creative and production process, share what works, and look ahead to what’s next.

Representing brands through design and delivery

Events are one of the most visible expressions of a brand. From the smallest detail to the big creative statement, it all speaks to who the brand is and what it stands for.

This summit is about the responsibility agencies carry in representing their clients’ identity through live experiences. It’s where we’ll discuss how creative leaders balance originality with brand integrity, and how they bring those values to life in meaningful, memorable ways.

A space for creative leadership

Taking place on 11–12 June 2025 at De Vere Horsley Estate in the Surrey Hills, the CN Creative Leaders Summit is free to attend for senior creatives and C-Suite professionals from full-service agencies. Accommodation is also included in all two-day delegate packages as standard.

This is not a conference in the traditional sense. It’s a collaborative, invitation-only summit where ideas are shared, perspectives are challenged, and new connections are made.
