We strongly believe that food is an enabler for successful events in more ways than one. It not only provides a focus for people to meet and interact but with the right balance of ingredients and menus it can have an extremely positive impact on a delegate’s ability to concentrate, enhancing their motivation throughout the day. At our waterfront, self-service restaurant, clients are able to select from a wide variety of healthy options designed to fuel the brain. This is complemented with the energy provided by freshly prepared morning pastries and afternoon treats baked onsite at our E16 bakery.
Here are some key things our chefs took into consideration when planning the new CentrEd menu:
1. Nutritious and balanced meals
As we all know, a balanced meal is key to physical and mental wellbeing which is why the CentrEd menu is designed to fuel the body and mind with the right balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats.
2. Souping
Stepping away from standard juicing, the latest trend on the CentrEd menu is ‘souping.’ We use whole vegetables, meaning the end product retains more fibre.
3. Coconut
Coconut is used on the CentrEd menu whenever possible, as it’s rich in a wide range of minerals and vitamins, essential for stimulating the brain.
4. World cuisine
With London offering 70 world cuisines across 8,000 restaurants, the CentrEd menu offers a variety of international dishes reflecting the Capital’s strong gastronomic culture!
5. Dietary requirements
Menus are designed to take into account all dietary requirements. From vegetarian and vegan to gluten free, halal and kosher, there are a variety of dishes to suit individual delegate requirements.
