Well Met Conferencing has received the Gold Accredited in Meetings (AIM) certification from the Meetings Industry Association (mia) for the second time.

The team at Well Met increased its score to a 98 per cent pass following an independent examination of the business.

AIM at Gold level examines a number of criteria involved in the customer journey, including service delivery, creating the customer environment, researching and monitoring customer needs. Other factors taken into account include business planning and recovery, procedures and continuous improvement.

“The preparation for the assessment is demanding but the rewards can be exceptional and we have witnessed regular repeat business and an increase in enquiries through to the bottom line contribution,” said Kate Davis, Head of Business Development at Leeds Metropolitan University.
