The summer themed ‘Taste of Fare’ event which took place at the HAC, 15 July, saw a record attendance of 140 guests.
Welcoming event professionals and PAs from companies in the local area, the venue hosted cooking workshops and demonstrations in various event spaces including the courtyard garden.
Masterclasses were given by Fare of London’s chefs and suppliers including barbecue demonstrations and advice on summer salads, cheese and wine matching, popular British deserts and a cocktail workshop. Guests then enjoyed a barbecue and ‘death by chocolate’ along with canapés and sparkling wine with views over the five-acre artillery garden.
