London & Partners (L&P), the official promotional organisation for the capital, unveiled its inaugural ambassador programme at the Museum of London’s event space, 21 January.
The event underlined the Mayor of London’s commitment to establishing the city as a global hub for medical advancement and discovery.
At the event, Gordon Innes, Chief Executive of L&P, invited an audience of the city’s leading medical experts, to join the Ambassador Programme and champion the city within the medical community and life sciences sector.
Potential ambassadors were told how they could use the expertise of London & Partners Convention Bureau to bring their congresses and events to the city, and the role they could play in shaping the future development of London as a city of medical and life sciences hub.
