The new owners of International Confex have announced a series of new partnerships that will create a contemporary and dynamic new look for the 2014 show. The exhibition has confirmed Index Group as official contractor, using its award winning FITZin shell scheme system.

“We are pleased to say that the Index Group will work with exhibitors on shell scheme build, including all lighting, electrics and furniture requirements. We know the quality and level of service they offer exhibitors is outstanding,” said Event Director Donna Bushell (pictured).

“We’re looking to produce an environment for Confex that facilitates business, but also that reflects a contemporary design for the industry in which we serve,” she added. “We’re delighted with the plans from Index Group and our other partners, it should be a beautiful looking event as well as a productive one for the industry.”

Another important appointment is Live Buzz as the official show registration company. The company’s sophisticated system creates an innovative visitor registration process.

To enhance the visitor experience, Crowd Compass by Cvent will provide the official Confex mobile app.

Leading logistics company CEVA have been confirmed as the official logistics contractor.

Jordana Johnson, Marketing Manager, said: “We are very pleased to announce that visitor registration is now open and we welcome all event professionals to register for free attendance.  Confex 2014 will provide exceptional opportunities for learning, sharing best practice, sourcing suppliers and networking with the industry.”

International Confex takes place 12-13 March 2014 at Olympia London and is organised by Mash Media Events. Details and registration: www.international-confex.co.uk
