London events venue and home of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce, RSA House, has reported a 16 per cent increase in events business over the last six months (May- November 2013).

The events boost comes after a re-launch of the venue to event organisers following a £3m refurbishment and Hybrid Live, a showcase hosted this summer where RSA’s AV systems demonstrated live streaming.

Since the re-launch RSA House has hosted over 1,200 events for clients from the financial, fashion, media and luxury brands sectors.

“Following the re-launch of the venue to the industry we have had much greater interest from event organisers,” says RSA House’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Tim Barrett-Jolley. “The start of the year was a little slow, but we’ve had a boost following the Hybrid Live event. The venue has pricked the interest of organisers and we’re seeing a significant increase across all events from conferences, dinners and Christmas parties.”

RSA House has witnessed an upsurge in hybrid events with more clients requesting live streaming technology and Christmas parties are up to by 30 per cent compared to 2012.

RSA House boasts 13 event spaces and can cater for up to 200 delegates.
