Full-service event management agency, Grass Roots, has announced a new Executive Leadership Team, which sees the promotion of some of the agency’s team and “rationalises the business structure,” says Grass Roots CEO, Richard Bandell.
The Grass Roots Group will focus its future strategy around its core strengths in Employee Solutions, Customer Engagement, Consumer Promotions & Incentives and Meetings & Events, with the appointment of new divisional directors to lead each of these four areas of expertise.
Paul Bartlett will head up the Employee Solutions area; Adam Goran takes the reins for the Customer Engagement space; the Consumer Promotions & Incentives division will be led by Ian Horsham; and Des Mclaughlin continues to lead the consolidated Meetings & Events business.
Also joining the ELT will be Paul Brown, moving from UK Technology lead to Group Chief Technology Officer, and Vicky Edwards, previously Head of Learning, who becomes Chief People Officer. They join CEO Richard Bandell, CCO John Bunting, COO Andy Lister, and FD Russell Clutton, to form the senior executive team.
“Our four specialist divisions are market leaders in their own right,” says Bandell. “By bringing the divisional directors together, within the ELT, we are better able to coordinate our services to clients and create value for them through integration and consolidation. Grass Roots is the only company, worldwide, to be able to offer this diversity of services under one roof.”
