Experiential events agency Mayridge has appointed Lester Batchelor as its new Creative Director.
Batchelor has more than 25 years of experience in the international creative communication and events industry, previously working as events consultant at Cre8 Lifestyle Centre, creative director at 2Heads Global, and as owner and director of 1st Finger Productions.
“I’m excited at the prospect of working with the team at Mayridge and I look forward to adding a little of my own magic to the mix to contribute to the growth of the business through creativity,” said Batchelor.
As well as being a member of the British Institute of Interior Design, he is also a part-time musician who achieved UK pop chart success with his band, Atmosfear, in the early 80s.
“Lester is a genuine creative and he has some amazing ideas and experience across our core business sectors of telecommunication, finance, pharmaceutical, aerospace, energy, and technology,” said David Freeman, MD of Mayridge. “His background in event architecture, interior design and 3D imaging will provide insight into our creation of dynamic spaces and engaging experiences.”
