The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) and it’s caterer Leith’s hosted an informal, interactive and fun wine tasting with miniature three-course menu tasters and canapés served on arrival along with orchard berry Prosecco cocktails for 150 event professionals.
The food was served by chefs at live food stations and the guests could choose from various dishes that were plated for them on request by our chefs.
The night included an ‘Eat and Tweet’ Twitter competition inviting guests to take a picture of their favourite foods and tweet them. A Twitter wall was set up so that guests could see their pictures. Each tweet was entered into a raw to win a luxury hamper.
