DoubleTree by Hilton has rebranded The Burlington in Dublin to become DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin – Burlington Road.
A phased programme of investment is underway to renovate the hotel and is expected to be completed by spring 2014.
DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin – Burlington Road is claimed to be the largest hotel in the M50 belt, with 2,100sqm of banqueting, ballroom space and conference facilities for up to 1,400 delegates. The hotel will also offer a dedicated floor with 18 conference suites and meeting rooms, each facilitating up to 100 delegates.
“With a fantastic location and boasting 41 years of prestigious history, this hotel is an outstanding addition to our portfolio,” says Global Head at DoubleTree by Hilton.
All 501 guestrooms are being upgraded and the hotel’s restaurant options have undergone a complete overhaul with the new Sussex restaurant forming an open, spacious dining area. Future conversion plans for the Mespil Bar will see it transformed into an executive lounge and Bellini’s Bar will be renamed the B Bar.
