Recently St. Edmunds in the City hosted its autumn showcase for over 100 corporate buyers and events planners. The venue opened its doors for private events in May this year and has already been used by BBC and Pinewood Films, with repeat bookings already confirmed.

Formerly known as ‘The Banker’s Church’, this fully restored Baroque venue that suffered aerial bombardment in both the First and Second World Wars was built shortly after the Great Fire. The building was designed by Sir Christopher Wren. The building even has a private courtyard garden.

Recently added to the list of preferred caterers at this events space in the heart of London; Purple Grape treated guests to canapés from its newly-launched festive menus with delights such as a shot of eggnog topped with king prawn and orange and cinnamon cured salmon with beetroot jam.

Other suppliers on the venues preferred suppliers list also showcased their capabilities during the day. White Light supplied the lighting to show off the exterior and interior of the building while flowers were presented by Sadie Rose and Wild About Flowers. The photographs were taken by Dennis Orchard.
