Cloud-based enterprise event management supplier, Cvent, has launched a new, free mobile app called OnArrival, which is designed for Cvent customers by streamlining the onsite event check in process for events or meetings.
OnArrival integrates with Cvent’s event management platform, providing customers with real-time current registration lists onsite in the app and the ability to run real-time attendance reports in Cvent.
“It is designed to eliminate the traditionally cumbersome and manual check in process that is still prevalent throughout much of the meetings and events industry,” says Senior VP of Sales at Cvent, Brian Ludwig. “With a swipe of a finger or a quick scan of a QR code, the app allows for simplified event access and removes the need for unorganised and out-of-date printed lists.”
OnArrival is available for free download in the App Store for all Apple devices that run on iOS 6.0 and above.
