The Ricoh Arena in Coventry may have a rocky relationship with the local football club, now plying its trade in Division One and still short of a deal with the stadium for season 2013-14, but events business is booming.
CN went along to see The Boss play in front of a 38,000 sell-out audience recently and Marketing Director Liz Cooper notes that the previous nine weeks had seen over 100,000 business delegates through the Ricoh Arena doors.
Recent business has included events held by major high street retailers, major concerts for Muse and Bruce Springsteen and the Jaguar F Type ceremonial handover to all dealers in the UK.
The Jaguar event was the first of its kind since they launched the E Type 50 years ago and it generated 16,000 Youtube hits.
The Ricoh has also hosted the TV programme Question Time.
