Kinetic Solutions held its first user conference specifically for customers from the unique venues sector at Lord’s Cricket Ground. They welcomed many of their clients including The London Eye, Spencer House, The Studio, Wellcome Trust, Warwick Castle, Easthampstead Park, HTS and Lords.
The day was an opportunity to network with other like-minded clients exchanging ideas, best practice as well as share experiences. Lords provided an elevated environment up in their media centre.
The programme for the day kicked off with an eye opening presentation on the implications of using search websites; what data is collected and how it is used.
Nick Lomax, Conference Director for Girton College Cambridge, delivered a fun session on how to involve the wider team at a venue to maximise customer service for events and Kinetic showed all the new features in their latest release.
